It was an exciting first day back at school, filled with the thrill of what another year will hold. Each student wondering , " Who will I sit by? What will the next grade hold? How much time CAN I spend playing games in the privilege room?" And of course the main topic on each kid's mind, "Am I going to be able to get out of here without homework?"The day went smoothly. There were many announcements made, games played, and not much work to start off the year. We only did three subjects today to help ease the transition from summer to school.
This year should be a good one. We have lots planned and lots to learn!
